Itebohe Security (PSIRA Reg No: 1452718, Co. Reg No: 2003/094276/23) provides guarding, patrol, alarm response, electronic security, and related services as described in our service agreements. All services are subject to a signed contract between Itebohe Security and the client.
 

3. Service Agreements
Specific terms, service levels, pricing, and duration will be outlined in a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed by both parties. These website terms do not replace or override a signed contract.
 

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate site information, safe working conditions for officers, and timely payment as per agreed invoicing terms.
 

5. Liability
While Itebohe Security takes all reasonable precautions to protect client property, we shall not be held liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, force majeure, or actions not covered under the signed SLA.
 

6. Confidentiality
Any information shared between Itebohe Security and the client will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
 

7. Cancellation & Termination

8. Payment Terms
